- Orders should be placed at least 72 hours prior to the date of pick up.
- Please redeem the product at designated points of Regal Hotels on the selected date and time.
- No cancellation or modification can be made after the order is confirmed, and the payment of the fee is not refundable.
- E-voucher will be sent to your registered email address after successful payments. Please present your valid e-voucher to redeem the product upon arrival.
- Valid voucher or e-voucher with a unique QR code must be presented upon arrival. Each valid voucher or e-voucher can only be used once and will be invalid and not replaceable if lost, defaced, or damaged.
- This voucher is non-redeemable for cash or any services and is non-refundable either for the whole or part of the face value.
- The voucher will be forfeited once expired and will not be extended.
- Reward points will not be granted for Regal Card members' purchase via eShop.

$100 Dinner Voucher
- The e-voucher is only applicable for dinner service at participating Regal Hotels Restaurants only.
- The e-voucher must be redeemed from the date of purchase until 30 November 2024.
- The e-voucher is only applicable to A La Carte food and beverage consumption and is not valid for special set meals, banquets, takeaways or in-room dining.
- Customers are required to make advance reservations and indicate the use of the e-voucher to staff at the time of reservation, subject to availability.
- The e-voucher can be used to settle the tea charges (if applicable) and 10% service charge.
- The e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- The e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with membership privileges, Regal Club vouchers and Regal Dollar. The purchase of e-voucher is not eligible to earn Regal Points, the remaining paid amount of the spending (except the voucher value) is eligible to earn Regal Points.
- No refund will be made if the consumption is less than the face value of the e-voucher.
- For room guests, please settle your food and beverage bill at respective outlet when using this e-voucher.
- This e-voucher is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash in part or whole.
- If the e-voucher is lost, stolen, damaged, or expired, it will not be reissued, refunded, or extended.
- Each e-voucher can only be used once, cannot be reprinted, copied or resold.
- In case of any disputes, the decision of Regal Airport Hotel, Regal Hongkong Hotel, Regal Kowloon Hotel, Regal Oriental Hotel, Regal Riverside Hotel and Regala Skycity Hotel are final and conclusive.
