- Orders should be placed at least 72 hours prior to the date of pick up.
- Please redeem product at designated points of Regal Hotels on the selected date and time from 12nn to 8pm.
- No cancellation or modification can be made after order is confirmed and the payment of fee is not refundable.
- E-voucher will be sent to your registered email address after successful payments. Please present your valid e-voucher to redeem the product upon arrival.
- Valid voucher or e-voucher with unique QR code must be presented upon arrival. Each valid voucher or e-voucher can only be used once and will be invalid and not replaceable if lost, defaced, or damaged.
- This voucher is non-redeemable for cash or any services and is non-refundable either for the whole or part of the face value.
- The voucher will be forfeited once expired and will not be extended.
- Reward points will not be granted for Regal Card members purchase via eShop.
